We are located in the Port Center Building in downtown Harwichport center, across the street from Cape Cod 5 & TD Bank. We are located on the 2nd floor above J-Bar and Lexaco.

Loft’s Policies

Cancellation Policy

48 hour cancellation notice required for any changes to appointments in order to avoid 50% forfeiture of service funds. We thank you for understanding and for respecting our business.

Children in the Studio

Due to the nature of our business, children/persons not receiving treatments are not permitted in the studio for safety and the quietude of our clients.

Cell Phone Usage

Please turn off cell phones while in the studio. If you must take/make calls, we ask that you do so out of the studio space for the quiet enjoyment of our clients receiving treatments.

Payments

Payments may be made via Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card using our processor at the studio, or Cash. Personal Checks are not accepted. Payment is expected upon completion of service.

Appointments

We do not offer walk-in service. We are ‘by appointment’ only. Please call for same day appointment availability. We will try our best to accommodate same day requests but cannot guarantee availability, especially in the high season. All appointments require a credit card on file upon scheduling. The card will not be charged until checkout if that is the form of payment desired by client or if the appointment is no showed or canceled within the allowed cancellation period (48 hrs).
